Yes! Ansuyi offers free samples up to 5 kg. Simply provide your specific performance indicators or application scenario, and our technical team will match or compound the appropriate conductive/anti-static plastic pellets to help you complete molding trials smoothly.

Q2What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept small-batch orders?

Our custom materials have very flexible MOQs, as low as 25 kg (single-bag order). Whether you need sample validation, small-batch trial production, or large-volume procurement, Ansuyi fully supports you and helps reduce your early-stage R&D costs.

Q3If existing materials cannot meet our needs, can you customize them according to our performance requirements?

Absolutely. With 13 years of industry experience, Ansuyi has a professional R&D and technical team. We can tailor exclusive conductive/anti-static material solutions based on your specific requirements for resistance (e.g., 10⁶–10⁹ Ω), mechanical strength, temperature resistance, flame-retardant rating, and base resin type (PA, PEI, PP, ABS, etc.).

Q4How soon can you ship/deliver after an order is placed?

In-stock materials: shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom materials: production scheduling, testing, and shipment completed within 5–7 business days. (Note: For urgent orders, please contact your account manager in advance, and we will open a green expedited channel for you.)

Q5Is Ansuyi's anti-static performance permanent? Will it be affected by ambient humidity?

Yes. Ansuyi's main carbon fiber, carbon nanotube, and polymer alloy conductive/anti-static composite materials have a conductive network uniformly dispersed in the matrix. They are permanently conductive and anti-static, will not fail over time, and offer stable and lasting performance.

Q6Do you provide a quality inspection report before shipment? How do you ensure batch consistency?

Ansuyi has a complete quality inspection system. Every batch of materials before shipment undergoes strict resistance testing, tensile/impact mechanical testing, and melt index testing, and is accompanied by a COA (Certificate of Analysis) to ensure batch stability and consistency.

Q7What should we do if we encounter issues such as molding problems or unstable resistance during sampling or production?

Ansuyi has a professional after-sales technical support team. If you encounter any technical difficulties in injection molding, extrusion molding, or resistance testing, our engineers will provide one-on-one process parameter guidance and, when necessary, arrange on-site or remote troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.

Q8How is the material price calculated? Are there tiered discounts for bulk purchases?

Material prices are mainly determined by the base resin (such as PA, PEI, PP, etc.), the loading ratio of conductive fillers (carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes, etc.), and technical requirements. For long-term partners or large-volume purchase orders, we offer tiered pricing discounts and exclusive agreement prices.

Q9What payment methods do you support? Can you issue official invoices?

We support corporate bank transfer, WeChat/Alipay corporate payment, and other convenient settlement methods. For high-quality long-term customers, flexible payment terms can be negotiated. Ansuyi can issue 13% VAT special invoices.

Q10What logistics and delivery methods do you support? Do you support export trade?

Domestic shipment: by default, SF Express, Deppon, or efficient dedicated line logistics. Export: Ansuyi has independent foreign trade service capabilities and supports EXW, FOB, CIF, and other international trade terms, and can provide complete shipping documents and customs clearance support.

Q11What packaging do you use? How do you prevent moisture during long-distance transport and storage?

All Ansuyi modified pellets use double-layer moisture-proof packaging (inner aluminum foil moisture-proof bag / thickened PE bag + outer strong tear-resistant woven bag or carton) to ensure the material remains dry and performance is unaffected during long-distance transport and storage.

Q12What are the surface resistance and volume resistance ranges of your conductive/anti-static materials?

Our product line covers the full resistance range:

• Anti-static line: 10⁶–10⁹ Ω
• Conductive line: 10³–10⁵ Ω
• EMI shielding grade: 10¹–10³ Ω

We can precisely adjust according to your specific test standards and application scenarios.

Q13Can these conductive/anti-static materials be recycled and reused for secondary injection molding?

Limited recycling is supported. Because carbon fibers and carbon nanotubes may slightly change in length or network structure under repeated high-temperature shearing, to ensure the anti-static performance and mechanical strength of the final product, it is recommended to control the regrind addition ratio within 10%–20% and mix it with virgin material.
