Conductive plastic is a functional polymer material that mixes resin and conductive materials and is processed by plastic processing. It is mainly used in electronics, integrated circuit packaging, electromagnetic wave shielding and other fields.
conductive plastics
In conductive plastics, some are classified according to electrical properties and some are classified according to manufacturing methods. How many are classified according to manufacturing methods? Let's have a look.
1. According to the production methods of conductive plastics, they can be divided into structural conductive plastics and composite conductive plastics. Structural conductive plastics, also known as intrinsic conductive plastics, refer to plastics that are conductive in themselves or chemically modified. Structural polymer conductive materials mainly include: 1) Metal chelates: such as polyketo phthalocyanine;
2) Charge mobile polymer complexes: such as polycation and CQ complexes. 3) π conjugated polymers: such as polyacetylene, (SR) n, linear polyphenylene, layered polymers, etc;
The production cost of this kind of polymer materials is high and the process is difficult. So far, there is no mass production. The widely used conductive polymer materials are generally composite polymer materials.
The filling materials of conductive plastics mainly include:
a. Metal dispersion system; b. Carbon black system; c. Organic complex dispersion system. 2. according to different uses, it can be divided into: antistatic materials, conductive materials and electromagnetic wave shielding materials.
3. According to the classification of electrical properties, it can be divided into: insulator, antistatic body, conductor and high conductor. Generally, those with resistance value above 1010 Ω· cm are called insulators; The resistance value in the range of 104 ~ 108 Ω· cm is called semiconductor or antistatic body; If the resistance value is less than 105 Ω· cm, it is called a conductor; High conductors are those whose resistance value is less than 100 Ω· cm or even lower.
