Generally, those with resistance value above 1010 Ω· cm are called insulators; The resistance value in the range of 104 ~ 108 Ω· cm is called semiconductor or antistatic body; If the resistance value is less than 105 Ω· cm, it is called a conductor; High conductors are those whose resistance value is less than 100 Ω· cm or even lower.
